The Neutral Planet:

Situated in the neutral zone, the neutral planet is the home of totally neutral people, which have no strong feelings about anything. This page here was planed in a situation of beige alert, which is the highest level of neutral feelings.

Neutropolis is the capital where Your Neutralness conducts his neutral business. The slogan of the neutral people is "Live free or not", which indicates their ideal of live.

The Planet was attacked in the year 3000 by Zapp Brannigan (2ACV02), after he destroyed the new DOOP headquarters orbiting the Neutral Planet. But the famous captain Leela saved millions of undecided lives, who had completely no feelings about this.
